Welcome to an adventure of exquisite flavors, where you’ll find in our pantry the best Amazonian products prepared for your enjoyment. The Amazon has a variety of fruits, tubers, fish and spices. For 20 years ago we have been promoting their consumption and working closely with small producers to thus creating fair trade.

We support the preservation of the Amazonian flora and fauna; we do not serve any game animals. We choose to use resources that are inexhaustible and renewable. We strive is to spread the word about Amazonia gastronomy in Perú and the whole. I welcome you to enjoy the flavors of the Amazonia.

Our main objective is to introduce the unique food culture of the Amazonia in Peru for the world to savor.
